Hey, my name is Sean from the St. Louis area. AFter 2 shoulder surgeries and recommendations to not lift to much anymore, i have decided to go the Tri route. Looking to do a sprint in the middle of September and am looking for solid plans or advice. Any recommendations will be helpful. Hopefully starting training tomorrow.

I like this plan but not sure what the numbers mean ( minutes???)

Thanks in advance.

Hi there, Sean, welcome to BT!

I believe the plan you linked to is in minutes.  A September sprint is a reasonable goal given you know how to swim already and are comfortable with biking and running (and swimming).  Good luck!

Welcome to BT. As far as plans are concerned look at the training plans section and select sprint. I just did a short YouTube vid on this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nmWxtb9rBYw&t=14sThe BT plans are great to get you started.
