Subject: Steady Sunday 6/23/19
70 minute run with the last 10 minutes at 10k pace.

I think you sent some of that fair weather this way, Hot Runner. 69 degrees at start of the run with a cool breeze. Humidity was 89% though.

Glad you got to enjoy some Idaho weather. Although our humidity in the summer is more like 20-25%! (Actually a bit obnoxious--the low humidity makes me thirsty beyond my actual need for fluids on long runs/rides, and then I keep having to pee!)

Still sunny and cool here but sadly just indoor workouts today (did go for a few walks, though). 1800 yards of swimming and later a two-hour trainer ride watching virtual footage of riding in the Mt. Fuji area in Japan. Looks like a nice trip!
