I finally decided I need to work on my running form. I found some drills and will start implementing them into my training.

Question to you: how often should those drills be practiced? Every day when I have running day?
Should I warm-up before the drills, or should the drills serve as warm-up before running?

Please share your experiences with running drills, and anything that you found helpful with your form. Thank you!

Do these every day you run....pure gold for form.  You can do them before or after running......but most do them before running, but after a  short warm-up of 4-800M.

It makes sense to do them before, so that it affects the running form right away, I guess.

You won't notice any immediate difference.....maybe some initial soreness from the drills.  But, if you truly do them religiously, every time you run, your run form and economy will improve.

Thank you. I started yesterday, and oh my... I knew my form was very poor, and I am pretty sure there is a long way, but just adjusting how my foot act, and the knee, seemed like a lot of adjustment. As if I was learning to run from scratch....
I do not expect immediate results, but if you tell me it will improve my running long term, I will take it

If it's form drills, you could probably do them every day and that would help with muscle memory.

If it's intense drills, I'd scale back to once or twice a week.
