Maybe days of vacation accumulating, maybe days of consecutive leg work accumulating. Oh Well...It's done. Off to Canadas Wonderland for the day with the kids. |

1508  Cypress, Texas | Subject: RE: 07.12.2019 Freaky Friday Fun This morning I got a 1 hr 20 min ride on the bike trainer. This was the longest bike trainer ride I have done is quite a while. The bike trainer doesn't hold my attention so it seems twice as long indoors as an outdoor ride of the same length. This was an endurance ride so low watts for long time intervals. Master 2485  Atlanta, Georgia | Subject: RE: 07.12.2019 Freaky Friday Fun Took the morning off and did 72+/-mi. with an occasional training partner..intended to run a little more than 5mi off the bike but turned into a 3mi walk/run when I wilted in the heat.. |
