Comments:

Went out to keep the leader in sight, but he just stayed 1 block in front of me the entire time. Good effort through 1.5 miles, and then didn't "hang on to the hurt" as well. Which was fine.

What would you do differently?:

Mentally, I could have pushed more in the last half (like in the 3rd quarter). But I didn't want to kill myself. Just a good effort.

I didn't want to die and was just out for a good effort.
