I am resurrecting a core challenge that Tri-Wog StL started on FB several years ago. The challenge will run for 10 weeks and I will post the week's workouts each Monday morning. You'll do each workout for five days and each week we will increase intensity. By week 10, we'll all have a stronger core!

Week 1: 1 set per day - 5 Days
Week 1:
10 sec plank
10 basic Crunches - knees bent feet planted on the floor..
10 Sec plank

Here is the workout for week 2: Everyone have a great weekend!

Week 2:
20 sec plank
10 basic crunches
10 reps prone low back extension -(laying on your belly...hands under you chin....then slowly lift your shoulders and chest off the floor using your back muscles and slowly return....NO herky, jerky! All smooth and controlled!)
