9/11

I think I won't let this day pass without a post.

God bless all the men and women who died on 9/11/01,  innocent citizens just going about their lives.....and thanks to the men and women who ran into the fire to try to save anyone they could.....and most of them died. 

I'm here to tell you that running into that hell was no small thing....and those men and women did it as part of their work day.  Try that on .

Our country is divided for sure, but it CAN'T be divided on that, and if it is, we're screwed.

I salute my brothers and sisters in the fire and police service in New York, Washington, and Pennsylvania on that day ..... you did well.

To those of you who have served in our Armed Forces since that day......I won't forget, ever.  You have my unending respect.  I have not laid down a single night without a thought that you were sleeping on a cot, or in the sand, so that I could. I raised my children, who don't remember that attack on our country,  to be grateful as well.  Thank you, my family appreciates your sacrifice.
