Thank goodness for slow & steady days. I did 60 minutes on the bike trainer with 10 minutes of easy running off the bike. My bike workout was 3 x 10' @ 85% FTP w/ 4' RI. I did some fast pedal drills on the first interval, so low cadence drills on the second interval, and some work on aero positioning on the third interval.
104 miles today on the bike. Finished up with an 18 mph average. It was overcast with low humidity, but the wind was brutal. Had a tailwind for the last 4 miles. Finished up those miles at around 25 mph average. Felt strong the entire ride and still had some left in the tank at the end. Now the challenge is getting a run in tomorrow.
