Sunday Runday 9-15-19

Legs a little stiff from the century ride yesterday. Went out for a 6.6 mile run. First 3 miles were tough, but I found my groove for the last bit. Finished the last half mile on a quick clip.

Beginning taper time for Augusta. Hopefully I won’t get too stir crazy.
