Subject: 09.23.2019 Monday Miles
Should be a rest day after back to back 10's and some travel; however, I have some other days this week where I won't be able to get moving.

7 miles in Southampton, UK.

Good times!

First 3 on treadmill waiting for the sun to come up and then onto the streets.

Mileage ramp up for the 50 miler seems to be going OK after LP 70.3. Up to 40+ miles last week and hopefully better this week. With travel in the middle it is fatiguing...hahahaha.

5:45 AM - 8-1/2 mile run at a comfortable pace.  That will likely be my longest run until the Marathon in two (2) weeks..

3.25 easy miles for me. Trying to stay on top of hydration and nutrition this week. High of 96 projected in Augusta on Sunday.
