 623  |  Subject: 11-9-19 Spry Saturday Hey gang! Mid morning run: 4 miles of speed work. 43 degrees at start of the run, perfect weather. Did an out and back route. Headwind on the way back. Felt good through the last mile, hopefully I’ll have a good showing at the 10k in December. Happy training! |
