 1508   Cypress, Texas |  Subject: 11/16/2019 - Its Saturday All Day LongWelcome to the weekend BT! 8:00 AM: 60 minute run. I didn't take the Hear rate monitor today. That was probably a good thing because it has been discouraging seeing it up at 150 BHP on my early runs ever day. Today was about 25 sec/mi faster than the two 4-1/2 mile runs I did this week, but it was an enjoyable run and at a very sustainable pace. Temperatures were in the high 40's. It was 59 degrees at 11:30 AM so we should break 60 deg F today. It is a nice fall day in McAlester Oklahoma. Enjoy you fall training. |

So I ordered some bike shoe booties and they arrived on Thursday. Yesterday I took them out for their maiden voyage after spending longer than anticipated putting them on. I was only able to do about 10 miles as the local bike trail was still snow covered, but my feet were nice and warm. J White |
