Welp,

Here we are in a new month. Happy December.

25 miles on the bike trainer this morning. My butt bones weren't really ready for three rides this week having not been on the bike since early September. I couldn't wait to get off that bike.

Let's enjoy month 12!!!

10k completed. Perfect weather and a tough course.

Finished 8th overall and 2nd in my age group with a PR. Had a lot of fun and had a big group of friends run in it as well.

Hope everyone has a great week. Going to be hard getting back in the groove after a few days off.
