Subject: I'm new, how does it work?
Hi!

Is there a way to record my activities with a smart watch (swim/bike/run + stretch/strength) and the data gets uploaded to BT automatically?

Right now I have a Garmin Vivoactive (1) and I can upload my swim/bike/runs to Strava, but I have to add my stretch/strength manually.
I would buy a new watch if neccessary.

Thanks!

Hello!
Yes, you can upload your workouts from your device.
I've attached a screenshot of where you go to do that. It's Training Log, Add Today's Workout, and click Upload.

You can upload swim, bike and run and all of the data will import into BeginnerTriathlete.
If you do stretching and strength, the time will upload (1 hour of strength, for example) but if you wanted to document all of the individual exercises you did, you'd have to manually enter those. We have an app that makes it easier to do that. I use it when lifting at the gym because it helps me remember which machines to do.
