Sunday Runday 12/8/19

Hey folks!

Got out for a 9 mile run this afternoon. Put in a good effort just over half marathon pace. Felt good and picked up the tempo on the last two miles. Half marathon coming up on January 4th. Hoping to have a PR. It’ll be fun either way!
