 422  , Pennsylvania |  Subject: 12.10.2019 Tuesday Training20 Miles Bike - Trainer 4 Miles run Felt GREAT to do a brick. Watched Breaking 2 while on the trainer...I like that movie. I am not sure where the speed came from but it was a fast run, and I liked that too. Anyways, about to head to airport. Be good out there everyone. |

1508  Cypress, Texas | Subject: RE: 12.10.2019 Tuesday Training I got in a 6 mile run today. I don't know if it was fast or not because my GSP watch battery died 2 miles into the run. I think it was slightly fast for the first two miles and then slower for the last four miles when I wasn't being graded by run data. |

We had been having nice cool weather here in Miami and because I'm basically a toddler in an adult body I hadn't checked the weather to see that the cool weather was gone. Headed out mid-morning and my running thoughts can be summed up with "ugh ... I miss the cool weather." :-) |

| 623 | Subject: RE: 12.10.2019 Tuesday Training EZ 5 miles this evening. I’m enjoying my run focus right now, but I also miss doing the fun bike workouts also. I will probably get back in the saddle around the first of the year. Haven’t completely mapped out my race schedule for next year, but I’m guessing my first races won’t be until June. |
