What a morning out there. 46* and all the fog one could handle. This ended up with us doing all sorts of junk miles.

Working on pace this year, I know I have it in me, but in training for the JFK 50 miler everything was long and slow.

Anyways. 10 mile run

Let's enjoy the day!

Raced a half marathon today. It was unseasonably warm with high humidity...around 90% me thinks.

Paced it conservatively and had a nice negative split. It was an official PR, but I’ve ran 13.1 miles faster a few times during training runs a few years ago.

I’ll certainly take it, though. 119/950 isn’t too bad overall.

I was 38 degrees F when I started my 30 mile outdoor bike ride today.  It looked like a really nice day but I was glad I have the long ties on and my long sleeved running jacket.
