I believe every Senator know how their supporters feel. They didn’t get to be Senators being politically stupid. Yet the “expert” talking heads - most of whom have never won an election - think they will face “backlash”. Just more arrogance by the media. |

Tried watching some of the debate going on now and am just amazed that they are simply repeating exactly what they said in their case. If I were a senator I would start to get more than irritated. Surely they could come up with new arguments, analogies or antidotes! I find it insulting when people repeat the same thing over and over. I’m like, yeah you said that already! I got it. I’m not stupid! I understand your position I just don’t agree with you. |

In the meantime, will someone explain to Adam Schiff, the nitwit, that it was the House's responsibility to collect evidence from any and all witnesses. This was a shameful impeachment by the Democrats....half-arse and half-baked.....kind of reminds me of Clinton's campaign. Is it a wonder that both ended the same way? He went thru 15+ witnesses that the Dems showed video of in the Senate and said “you heard from them (witnesses for the prosecution) but we did not get a chance to cross examine”. He went on to say the defense has a right to call them as witnesses so they could cross examine. Ouch! Good point. I’m no lawyer but never heard of a case where the jury hears from witnesses presented by the prosecution but the defense does not get a chance to cross examine. |

That's what happens when you try a completely partisan end game. How do like them apples Dems? This should be the model going forward....let the Dems do whatever they want.. then just say NO! |
