01.22.2020 Celebrating Wednesday

Yo,

So my celebration today is that I died a year ago. Not for long, 15-20 minutes the first go round and then a couple more efforts to take me out after that. Some great officers performed CPR in 20* weather for 15 minutes while waiting on EMS to arrive. Got kicked out of the first hospital as they couldn't deal with whatever I was going through, ended up in ICU, on ice and in a coma for a few days and then I wake up. Apparently I was very worried my legs were broken and I wasn't going to be able to run the next day...Oh Life.

Great CPR really hurts...A lot.hahahah

I got back on my bike about two weeks later, slowly, but got it started again. First run was short, slow and painful AF, about 4 weeks after. First swim was also short, slow and painful AF, about 8 weeks after.

It's been a hell of a ride. Kiss your loved ones and thank your support teams.

Oh yeah, 60 minutes on the trainer, fastest clip since August.
