Yo...

Pushed a hard 60 minute ride this morning on the trainer. Sweat my buckets off.

Next up was an MRI at Hershey Hospital. It's a tremendous pain in the to get an MRI when you have a defibrillator...Trying to source some long term knee pain that had been diagnosed as torn meniscus and the new Ortho thinks it might be bone bruising and perhaps some arthritis.

Either way...

Rock on and enjoy the chance to do what we do!

A little over 4 miles on the treadmill this evening. Nice and easy Z2 stuff.

Hope you get some relief from that knee pain, thats no fun!

Don't forget the Olympic Marathon Trials are on tomorrow, should be a fun race to watch. Lots of elevation on the course up in Atlanta. Im curious to see how Jim Walmsley fairs with his ultra running background on the hills.
