Yo,

Hit the trainer this morning and Dark O'Clock. Got my hour ride in and sweat my everything off.

It's always strange, when you get you get used to the new strange. My family has had a family dinner ever night for over a month. This hasn't happened since the kids were just little. My kids are building legos again, reading, climbing trees. My wife is happy to have the family together.

Some of the lemonade that these lemons are making is pretty good.

Yes, we had ICE this morning.  I stayed up too late last night trying to get Rouvy set up for my virtual group ride with my Race Team on Saturday Morning and failed to properly set the alarm so I woke up an hour after I was supposed to be up.  We also were working on birthday decorations, cakes, wrapped presents last night.  So...my goal to get to bed 30 minutes earlier this week turned in to being up 90 minutes later last night so...I will take the sleep and try to figure a way to get in something, anything, in the way of training in later today.

When I was actually, you know, training for something, my coach made Wednesday long-run day..so,10.6mi on the treadmill. The most interesting thing that's happened today is that my watch said the battery in the foot pod was low. And I actually HAD a replacement stuck in a drawer. The only logical conclusion from this very unusual experience is we must be about to turn a corner of some kind..
