 1508   Cypress, Texas |  Subject: 04.24.2020 Friday 5-year anniversary eveAt 5:45 Am this morning I logged an 8-1/2 mile run. That will be my long run this week. My other two runs this week were 7 milers. It has been a low volume high-intensity week. I did my first Triathlon on Saturday, April 25, 2015 so tomorrow is my 5-year mark. Most things I lose interest in after about 3-years so Triathlon has far exceeded that. I am going strong and staying motivated. BT has been a huge source of motivation. Thanks, guys! |

Lost 100lbs and started running. I ran a lot, still run a lot compared to many people I guess. Was looking for something new and picked up a $300 bike a few years ago in January. Recognized the challenges that biking gives and then got HUMBLED by swimming. I love it all. I'd like to get into some more mountain biking too... |
