 422  , Pennsylvania |  Subject: 04.28.2020 Tuesday TrainingBike Intervals Warm up, 6 min / 1 min (Big Gear/Spin), 6 sessions on that and it looked like I showered on the bike. Not sure if anyone has been catching talk of the SpaceX CyberLink satelites, but we have some astronomer friends that have been giving times when they are visible and it is amazing. Last night a line of 50 or more of these guys went buy, all right along the exact same axis. Was cool to see. The push out for my race was re-scheduled with the city council in Cambridge, MD. Looks like right now it might be September or October. As one of the later races to push out, I am not sure if they will offer transfer races...We will see. Hope you guys are cool and clean... |
