1:30 on the bike trainer this morning. At it early and then to work early.

Watching Drive to Survive (F1 Racing Documentary show). I really dig that show.

Glad it's not a run day, expecting 3"+ of rain today here in Southern PA. Rain and Wind would have made it no fun at all.
