The only way change is accomplished is thru elections and they the courts. You characterization of the legal challenges as ‘whining’ show a lack of understanding of the rule of law. Putting on puzsy hats and screaming in the streets is whining. Filing a lawsuit to challenge the vote is pure American. The only whining is coming from the left with their “oh please just stop it. Accept that the election was fair and there was no fraud”. From what I can tell the SC decision was about standing. Note that it was a 7-2 decision not a unanimous decision. The cases will be file in several circuit courts with Trump as the plaintiff and he does have standing. Then maybe the cases can be heard on the merits not thrown out for procedural issues. My hope is the investigations will continue and all allegations of fraud and ‘irregularities’ are addressed and fixed before the next election. In other news...Biden’s time on the thrown will be short lived. His mental decline will continue - it’s a medical certainty and cannot be stopped. Watching his latest speeches is painful. He seems dazed and confused and struggles to read the prompter. Soon Harris will be running things as either the de facto president or as actual president. And then there are the 2 FBI investigations of Hunter Biden - one for China and one for Ukraine (which I find ironic). And then there’s Biden’s bother being investigated. Hard to imagine that they won’t find any links to Joe when they start digging. Can’t indict a sitting president for something he did before taking office but he could be forced to resign by the socialist left who would much rather socialist Harris be president. I’ll venture 50% chance he doesn’t finish 1 year. 75% change he doesn’t finish 2nd year and 99% change he doesn’t finish 3 years. |

Well #4 has already happened and #5 is being proposed, or at least alluded to, by those in authority in the Republican party. Arizona in particular ("are you willing to die for this?"). As opposed to the fringe on the left that just wants to break stuff (and I think those are more opportunist criminals). I respectfully disagree with your assessment of the ruling (or lack thereof). The vote wasn't 7-2 by any means (there were no dissenting arguments). Alito and Thomas said they would have heard it, and THEN thrown in out. Just because they stopped at "you have no standing" which is step one, doesn't mean that it would pass the next twenty steps. Trump can continue to sue and have his supporters continue to bankroll him and his family until the end of time - it's not going to change the election. As for Hunter Biden, if he committed crimes I hope he is convicted. That guy is a d-bag anyway. I think Biden makes it through one term and then leaves. Then we'll see where the Rep party stands...do they go with a moderate like Larry Hogan (MD governor) or roll out Trump again (who will be older than Biden is right now). I don't think Harris is shoe-in for 2024 nomination either. As for your point about making sure fraud doesn't happen in the future, I 100% agree. I also think we should make it as easy as possible to vote, including secure online voting. Independent redistricting to reduce gerrymandering. Term limits. Sequenced SC appointments that aren't lifetime (one per term unless someone dies) or an expansion that includes a random selection from a pool. We need to reverse the trend of tribalism that started with the Clinton impeachment and has been growing ever since. |

There is plenty of evidence of widespread fraud. To deny this one has to be willfully ignorant or have their head in a dark, smelly place. If enough congressmen see enough evidence to convince them there was enough fraud to swing the election it is their constitutional duty to challenge the electors and uphold the democratic process. |

It’s just been shown more than 200,000 mail in ballots were received than sent out. I’ve said for some time the election will not likely flip but there are literally hundreds of cases pending in at least 9 states....including one before the Supreme Court that will be heard after inauguration. You haven’t see evidence because you refuse to look. Are you saying the 150 US Congressmen who are contesting the vote are all right wing nutjobs? You have no idea what the FBI has and has not found or what investigations are ongoing. Every claim has NOT been proven false. Claims have been denied but there are numerous claims still pending that have yet to be addressed. There is also hundreds of sworn affidavits from people, under penalty of perjury, who witnessed fraud. Maybe they are all crazy too. At least 3 legislatures have on going investigations. Just more nuts I suppose. Biden will be sworn in but he will never be viewed as a legitimate president. As time goes by the fraud will be exposed and it will likely be the end of the Democrat party. Or maybe not. I always leave open the possibility I may be wrong. That is how we differ I suppose. |
