Happy New Year everyone!

I didn't quite make it to 4.0watts/kg last year but I got somewhat close and didn't get injured along the way. I'm gonna build up a good base doing aerobic work along with strength training (ongoing) this month then start chasing 4.0watts/kg again. Anyone is welcome to join whether you wanna chase this power output or simply discuss how to get stronger on the bike.
