I know it seems kinda wimpy but I've been listening to Michael Buble on my low intensity runs.  It is very relaxing.  I've found that Quiet Riot makes me run faster...I think the beat is just a little above my normal cadence and this just steps it up a notch...or half a notch.  I knock off about a minute on my normal 5k jog and don't notice any difference in effort.

I like the Nike+ build your strength. I also downloaded a podrunner week 4, but when I switched from my video to my nano, podrunner disappeared. Dunno how????

So much random stuff usually, but recently, I've been loading up the 80's dance tunes! Good times...

I agree with the chill tunes for long runs - its nice to just have something to listen to, and it doesn't need to "pump you up." I'm all about the country tunes for my long runs

Dave Matthews Live! it's all good ****, especially when a jam is happening.
Chemical Brothers is awesome for running in rhythm
the Clash
Nine Inch Nails...but too much agression is not good for a "zen" run

It depends what I'm doing, but if i'm running....I need hardcore stuff... cake, going the distance, nine inch nails...closer.... a little raunch makes me go faster.

For workouts, anything fast and motivational. Everything from Queensryche, GNR to the Smashing Pumkins, Goo-Goo Dolls and Stryper.
When I'm not working out, its country mostly. Montgomery Gentry, Kenny Chesney, Leanne Womack......
.....and even throw in a dash of Jimmy Buffet when I'm in the party'n mood
