Comments: I think this is my 4th time running this, but I'm not nearly as fast as I used to be. My goal was to finish in 1:45 so I was pleased with my finish. I used a 4:00/1:00 run/walk interval but ran the whole first mile and walked a little extra on the hill. What would you do differently?: Not much - I was very pleased with this effort.  Post race
Warm down: Nothing other than walking back to the car What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of run specific training. Event comments: This is a fun holiday event with great community support. There are lots of people out cheering with signs, kids to high five, music, beer, extra water, candy, etc. I was really glad I decided to run again. Last updated: 2021-11-28 12:00 AM

Left Nanticoke around 8:20. Found a parking spot and then walked over to pick up my packet.
Nothing other than walking back and forth to the car a couple of times.
