 1 |  Subject: Hey everybody Im 48 and doing an Ironman is on my bucket list so I figured I should get started. I come from a back ground of physical fitness but that was 20 years ago. I would do good to squeak out a 5k right now. So wish me luck. I look forward to having a community to learn on. |
