Pre-race routine:

Went to cumbies to pick up some gatorade. Went back home to grab both race belts. Helped set up checkin in Wilmington. High tailed it to Reading for checkin there. One power bar.

Event warmup:

not much except a jaunt to my favorite tree.

Comments:

no idea how I did in the race, not sure the standings will be posted anywhere. Went out faster than I thought I would, I get so competitive sometimes.

What would you do differently?:

Consider not running two races in one day, on second thought, it was too much fun.

Warm down:

Ran past the guy writing down times and ran right to my car to get to the next race on time.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

C race, do not realy care.

Event comments:

no clue on post event activities, for I did not hang around. First ever race for FORR and I would do it again.
