Very new to the triathlon world. I have run a half marathon and a marathon, as well as numerous mountain bike races. My kids both started doing triathlons and they got me to sign up. I am participating in the Chattanooga Ironman 70.3 on May 22nd. I have been swimming a couple days a week, running and biking about 4 days a week and also still doing CrossFIt for strength training. Hoping to get some good information from this site and learn as much as I can. I also have a 70.3 in October up in Muncie, Indiana.
Really looking forward to this chapter of my life.
