Pre-race routine:

Had competed in Senior games Cycling events on Saturday 5K TT, 10K TT and 20K Road Race. Legs were tired and little sore.

Long distance from pool to T1 area. Everything went OK once I got there. Did not put on helemet liner so helemet slipped on ride. Did get shoes strapped on completedly

Put on helemet liner. Put shoes on more securely

Legs felt tired from racing the day before senior games.Also found front brake rubbing. Adjusted brake, but damage to my leags was already done

Not race the day before. MAke sure brakes are not rubbing before starting to ride

Eat enegy bars before and during race to keep up my energy for the run.

Racing the day before and not training enough on the run. Need to lose a lot more weight for next season
