Subject: Ford Ironman World Championship
Hey, anyone need a place to stay in Hawaii? We've rented a house with another couple, there are still two single beds in a loft that are for rent should you be looking or know someone who is. We have the house for October 12th-25th...stay as many nights as you want for $65/person. Right on the beach, incredibly close to Alii drive. I can send more info should you be interested.

I've got a condo rented just south of Kailua ( about 4-5 miles down Ali'i ), so I'm good on lodging.

A question I have, transportation race morning? 

My family and friends that are coming are bringing or renting bikes, but mine will obviously be checked in already.  May or may not end up renting a car, but I know parking is tight.

So, among the three of us ( so far ), anyone up for a carpool Saturday AM?

I'll be there the 13th through the 23rd.

I am pretty sure that they run a shuttle (or lots of shuttles) on race morning, because everyone has the same problem. You should be ok.

I am also good with a room. We are right up by the finish. I don't know how nice the room is, but we wanted to be close. We'll do nice when we fly to Oahu on Sunday.
