65F? whoa.  I"d really like that!!

you could also practice getting in your pedals quicker.  I find it easier than starting with shoes on the pedals.

Nice finish- 4th AG!    props to ya.

So....You're one of the guys in my AG that passed me on the bike. Great job! BTW I peeked at your training logs and noticed you made an entry about a squeeky disc wheel. Funny thing is I think I remember you passing me. I tried chasing you (If that was you) down but couldn't hold the pace. Great job!

Thanks Sue. I tried to work on the pedal thing but just froze. I need to get over the fear of dumping the bike. I might be down your way if I get the courage to enter Gulf Coast. Do you recommend this race for someones first HIM?

I love the RENN disk. It was recommended by the Bear and it really seems fast. It does generate some noise but it is quiet for the rider. It just bothers other riders and I think that would make the Bear very happy. Sorry if this blog looks funny, Im in Osaka and the keyboard is very different. I was riding the black Cervelo so maybe you caught me on the run.
