(go to skills>Mark Foster's Masterclass Video) BBC is providing some elementary video introduction to swimming techniques (and other sports as well). As a beginner, I found this more helpful than looking at pictures explaining the same thing. It's not very detailed, but a good start, i think. If you guys know any similar free websites, let me know :-) |
