Subject: Florida 70.3 training
Well I did it and signed up for the Florida 70.3 for 2007! I started training in Aug and still working on my base and loosing some of that extra lungage. I am here in Afghanistan so I am limited on some training. I spin for the bike and row for the swim. I return to Jacksonville Fl in Dec and look forward to seeing the beach again and getting in some great training.

Anyone else sign-up for the Florida 70.3?

I did it in May and it was terrific. Try to stay at the lodge, it's awesome.

I plan on being there next year.
