Comments: Had to watch feet every step. Quite a few hills. Killer hill at 1.5 miles. Started at front of pack at start. Had trouble passing at a few points because of poor trail. What would you do differently?: Nothing Post race
Warm down: Streched. What limited your ability to perform faster: Trail was rugged and difficult to pass other runners at times. Event comments: Huge timing problems. My results are incorrect. I saw the clock when I came in and I actually ran 10 seconds faster than the official results have posted. The official results have 6 people listed ahead of me that were behind me at the finish.
