Comments: Was trying for a PR and knew it was possible. Previous best on this course was a mid 24. Pushed hard at the start to make some room but didn't really feel well until the 2 mile mark. Note to self: Don't eat spicy Thai food the night before. Post race
Warm down: Had some water, stretched the calves. What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of sleep and upset stomach. Event comments: Nice to get some hardware, even if it's a small race. Last updated: 2006-10-29 12:00 AM

Ran 1/4 mile or so, stretched.
