if you have a nano and the nike+ kit, please hop over to the challenges thread and join our run challenge for november. there are too challenges - most miles in november, and fastest 5k.

also, a new winter weight loss challenge just started up today. teams are WEST, MIDWEST, and EAST. if you need some support in getting those extra pounds off in the off-season, or just want help making it through the holidays w/o gaining, head over to the tri'ing for weightloss forum and join your regional team.

That's right, those of us in the SOUTH don't need to lose no stinkin' weight. We be's slim, trim and tan, gonna workout all winter, and put all you plump pale Yankees to shame.

Bah, Lance quit calling me only after I quit giving him cycling advice, don't want to talk to him no more. Have the nano, listen to podcasts while the Garmin precisely tracks my movement and HR.

Tried to have one of the twins take my cow picture with a cell phone, didn't come out very well. Don't have a digital camera, so I gave up. Plus I didn't want to be seen with all those ghostly Yankee calves, I know you guys have to be pretty down right now anyway, with the perpetual winter settling in and all while we're still riding bikes in shorts, no shirt.

Take/post pictures. Just warn us before so we can don sun welder's glasses. As pale as your calves are, other regions have to be supernova white.
