Trying to figure out how to not drop off so much after the hills.

Training although this was a PR by over 5 minutes!

Ran consitently at around 7:10 until the hilly section during the last 3 miles.
Course: kind of a double out and back filled with some long easy hills and then 2.5 miles of painful hills inside of the park!
