Subject: Winter conditioning Someday my cold will run its course and I will actually start training again. Since I am already sick of the trainer, I am thinking of other training ideas. I scheduled out my daily and weekly hours from now until Mooseman. However, during these upcoming nasty months, I consider these activity hours rather than specific swim/bike/run. So what are you going to do to stay in shape this winter? For me: 1) I guess I have to actually swim 2) I plan to do as much of my running on trails as possible 3) Mountain biking 4) Cross country skiing That's about all I got. Any other suggestions Mark |
