Comments: Good run, got no warmup, and was really sore from being at Sea World all day yesterday...my goal was to beat the 8 year old who was in front of me for most of the race...and I did (I told her she was awesome as I struggled to get by her:)) What would you do differently?: Gert there about 15 minutes earlier!  Post race
Warm down: Stretch, eat a banana, eat a granola bar...talk to matt:) What limited your ability to perform faster: No warm-up, rushing to the start, and the rest of my weekend... Event comments: Really wonderful race, I was impressed with the organization! I was in town for a Birthday party, decided to do this one because it was right near where we were...a great decision, just should have woken up a bit earlier:) Last updated: 2006-11-12 12:00 AM

Get up, go to the bathroom, pack up all our stuff...
None, we got there 15 minutes before it started, and we were parked 1/2 mile away, jog to the packet pickup, stop at the portolet, jog to the start, and the race started about 5 seconds before we got to the front of the pack, oh well...
