Awesome job, Leah! You completely smoked your goal, even if it was 10k, not 10.21k. Probably a good thing you ran with your Forerunner - though I'm sure it was your tenacity and strength that made ya go fast, not just a HRM.

Awesome race.  I think I want a Forerunner for Christmas.  I need to be able to get back to training without injuring myself and burning out.

Looking good for the "first half".

Great job on the run. You sure did get out there and killed you pb.

Now you just have to puke then pass out. That would be good, or puke while passed out? Not sure if thats a good goal or not!

Well keep up the great work. I will have to get up to speed on the mountain bike now. Not going to be able to catch you on the run any longer!

Nice work Leah. Your running has gotten so quick. Good thing I quit. There's no way in h3ll that I'd be able to keep up with you.

Now add run until you puke to your list of goals.

I dunno if carrying a truck (Forerunner) around the course and still making it home in 53min counts as a workout, I mean usually you are talking about carrying around PB's and I think they're just for carbo loading...

Great job in the crappy weather n'all. Always feels good to crack a goal.

 YAY!
