Comments:

Went out at 5:48, second mile I was at 11:54....then i started to die. Didn't feel good at all after the two mile mark....tried to hang on but really started to fade. I didn't know the course either which made it hard cuz I didn't konw when the finish was goin to come. Also, I felt like I was really breathing pretty hard the entire time. Maybe my lungs are still healing from all the damage I did to them. I felt that I prolly went out a little too fast, 5:48 was definately not a pace I could hold, especially after sittin on an airplane all day the day before and the time change (those are my excuses). But............it was dfiniatly a good workout and now I know just that much more about my progress. Overall....the experience was still really fun....got a medal...3rd place for males 20-24. Would love to run it again someday!
