Get paper. Eat outmeal. Drink one cup-o-joe.
Event warmup:

Packet pick-up. WU: 1 mile with mild stretching. Plenty of port-a-potty stops from morning coffee.

Warm down:

Through the line, grab a banana, gatorade and off to the car to get home for some turkey and gibblets.

Race is good. Pretty big. Weather was a huge boost.

Wow, an 8k on Turkey Day. (8k Distances are almost non-existent around here)
