Drive to Orlando, don't eat or drink anything!!!

Comments:

I had major pain from gallbladder and I didn't want to drink anything as that aggrevates it! Unfortunately it was unseasonably warm for this race.
What would you do differently?:

Race one organ lighter.
Post race
Warm down:

Lay in grass and B and Moan about race.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Stones, poking me in the back, and the crummy course which was depressing.

Event comments:

Too bad the new course bites because the race has excellent management, lots of volunteers, etc.

Course: The new course bites!!! It goes through some of Orlando's worst roads (cobblestones, pot holes, cracks) and through some icky urban areas. It was much better last year!

Good job on the finish. But maybe next time don't kill yourself for a finisher's medal??
