Pre-race routine:

Had PB&J sandwhich 1:30 hours prior to race. Drank have a zipp fizz.

Comments:

Felt great until around mile 8, sharp pain in left knee. Walked several minutes, but every time I attempted to run the pain came back. Was debating whether to finish or not, but decide to forge ahead. Some cramping in right calf from mile 9-finish, I think because of under training. Consumed one Gu around 45 minutes, carried two zip fiz bottles.
What would you do differently?:

Could have consumed more water on the course, perhaps another Gu around 1:30.
