Subject: RE: Strength Challenge - Week 15 Check-in One good session was all I mustered last week. Struggling with motivation all around. Every good work out regardless of the sport takes more out of me then it should. I have some numbers I want to hit for 2006 totals, but other than that, I want to relax and not stress about skipping workouts(at least for the next 6-8 weeks). Nov is a long ways away and I have lots of training to do, I would rather be flat around December than Sept and Oct '07. |
