Did Pullups in the middle of the workout rather that towards the end.  And did Dips at the end of the workout..  The next two 14days will result in scheduling conflicts.  Missed this past tuesday due to offsite meeting.  Next Monday I will not workout.  so...  I just need to get a few in, then get back into it on Jan 2

One good session was all I mustered last week.  Struggling with motivation all around.  Every good work out regardless of the sport takes more out of me then it should.  I have some numbers I want to hit for 2006 totals, but other than that, I want to relax and not stress about skipping workouts(at least for the next 6-8 weeks).  Nov is a long ways away and I have lots of training to do, I would rather be flat around December than Sept and Oct '07.
