ChipsOHoy 100 calorie packs...

Oh yeah? Here is the nutritional info:

Fat: 3g, 1g saturated.
Calories: 100

Could be a lot worse...

A Taylor digitial Breast Cancer special edition scale. Walmart, $29. It does body fat % as well as weight, so I am going to use the body fat # as more of a reference point (to see if it goes up or down) than a real reading of bf%, because I have read that it is not accurate. I weighed myself after I bought it, and it is less than what I weighed the last time I weighed myself, so I am happy.

Today in the locker room some woman I kind of know said "wow you're looking thin!". Thankfully I had clothes on . It's little things like that that help keep me motivated.

How are you all doing?

why are they still in your houes…??

what you need is a couple of teenage boys to take care of all that annoying food hanging around

mine are available if you want to set them loose in your kitchen for about 10 minutes

Last night ta the duck I had the Tarheel Dog, curly fries, and 2 pitchers of ML. What is a Tarheel Dog you ask... It is a HUGE fat hot dog with chili, coleslaw, ketchup and hotsauce on it. How is that for good nutrition

Yeah but you're skinny and need to gain weight. That meal sounds like it will help your efforts. Maybe switch to regular beer instead of lite?

I can't get myself to step on the scale this week.

All hell broke loose sitting in first class going/coming from India -- the flight attendants like to wine and dine the passengers to keep them happy up there.

I ate every damn thing that was offered...I like to eat when I'm bored. And then since Indian foods is one of my favorites, I was eating like crazy while I was away. I don't believe I ate ONE originally western dish the whole time I was gone. Oh, maybe a slice of loaf bread.

And then while I was gone, my GS cookies arrived into town. The mom is going to drop them off for me at Masters tomorrow morning. I don't want them!!

I should have just given her the money and said keep your damn cookies.....or pick out cookies that SHE likes and keep 'em.

Friggin Girl Scout Troop mommies making you buy cookies......

I somehow managed to avoid GS cookies this year...I switched to a new, smaller department at work and there don't seem to be any GS parents there. That's fine with me!
