I also like the cereal with lowfat yogurt in place of milk. I tend to eat Special K and use Stonyfields organic yogurt.

If anyone likes frozen waffles, I recently discovered Kashi Go Lean! frozen blueberry waffles. They are so good! And pretty good for you too! A serving of 2 waffles provides 8g protein, 6g of fiber, 3g of fat and 170 calories. On the mornings I've eaten them I've found that I'm not starving an hour later.

I actually eat Rolled Oats uncooked. I consume about one cup of oats, one box of raisins and about 3/4 cup whole milk.

This is my breakfast too. I also add some cinamon on top for sweetness.

Then add blue berries, rasperies, blackberries (frozen).

I really like the mini-whole wheat bagels with a little peanut butter, or 2 slices of whole wheat toast with pb and/or jelly. I have a 30 minute highway commute, that doesn't last more than 5 minutes in the car! On other days it's just Raisin Bran with either Grape Nuts or plain old dry oatmeal sprinkled on top with skim milk. A piece of fruit and/or some salt-free peanuts mid-morning keeps me good, and yes, I'd say once a week I'll get some eggs in there because of a tough workout the previous day.

I like to mix cereal.  I usually have 1/3 Total and 2/3 Fiber One.

Never been a huge cereal fan, although I do enjoy the Frosted Flakes. Tony makes a quality flake. Breakfast for me is usually a berry smoothie or strawberry yogurt with oatmeal mixed in.
